During the long maturation time naturally saturated carbon dioxide forms long-lasting rigid foam. Beer has a rich dark colour, sweetish caramel flavour and pleasant aroma.

€3.00Light Hefenweizen beer (5.0 % alc. vol.) This beer is made of water, barley and wheat malt, hops and beer yeast. The beer is extremely refreshing and tight, slightly bitterish, distinguished for almost tangible fruit aftertaste. Beer yeast is not separated in the process of brewing and gives beer matt whitish hue.

€2.00The beer is extremely refreshing and light, with softly expressed malt flavour and hops aroma. Made of water, barely malt, hops and beer yeast. At special time the fermentation process is broken so not more than 0.5 percent of alcohol formed, but taste is like a regular beer.
